Should the guest cancel after 30 - 15 days prior to the check in date the guest shall receive 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
Should the guest cancel the reservation within 7 - 14 days prior to the check in date the guest shall receive 25% of the total cost of the reservation.
Should guest can cancel the reservation within 1 - 6 days prior to the check in date the guest shall receive 0%.
In most cases the payments are made through a wire transfer a minimum of 30 days prior to the check in date. Please note that the $10,000 Security deposit is refundable as long as nothing has been damaged, broken or missing from the property. Security deposit is separate from the total cost when renting this Malibu Estate.
